At LIFTLAB, we work with our trusted suppliers to get your products to you safely and efficiently. Please note that all items are shipped directly from our suppliers, which may affect delivery times.

Processing Time:

  • Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days.

Shipping Time:

  • Standard shipping typically takes 7–15 business days, depending on your location.

  • You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has shipped.

  • Please note that delivery times may vary due to carrier delays, holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Costs:

  • Shipping fees are calculated at checkout.

  • Occasionally, LiftLab may offer free shipping promotions, which will be clearly displayed on the site.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Your satisfaction is important to us. If you are not happy with your purchase, please follow these guidelines:

Return Window:

  • Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.

Condition:

  • Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition you received them.

How to Return:

  1. Contact us at support.liftlab@gmail.com before returning any item.

  2. Provide your order number and reason for the return.

  3. We’ll guide you through the return process.

Refunds:

  • Once a return is approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

  • Refunds may take 3–7 business days to appear on your account, depending on your payment provider.

Exceptions:

  • Items that are damaged during shipping should be reported immediately.

  • Personalized or heavily used items cannot be returned.
